Divya Music conducts regular and online vocal music classes for Certificate courses, Diploma courses, Bachelor degree courses, Masters degree courses and doctorate music  courses in vocal music - classical vocal,light classical vocal and Rabindra Sangeet etc.During learning the theory and practice of vocal music at Divya Music, a vocal music course student learns about music - knowledge of Indian vocal music, sound and its origin, scales, notes (notations), work of noted musicians of the world, many Ragas and Raga based musical compositions, Talas (teen taal  etc.), Rhythms, Alankars, light classical etc. 

The Vocal music courses include: Vocal music (Hindustani / Carnatic) - Classical vocal, light classical vocal and Rabindra Sangeet. The Instrumental music courses include - learning to play Rhythm based music Instruments: Tabla, Dholak, Drum, Pakhawaj and Congo etc., Key based music Instruments: Harmonium, Piano, Keyboard etc., String based musical Instruments: Tanpura, Sitar, Guitar, Violin etc. and Wind (Brass /woodwind) based musical instruments: Flute, Mouth organ etc.

Carnatic Music Lessons Online

The origin of Carnatic music dates back to around the 15th and 16th century AD. Carnatic music (original name is Karnataka music) is a system of music associated with the southern part of India and the style is followed largely in four south Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala & Tamil Nadu. Carnatic classical music is mostly  vocal unlike Hindustani classical music. There are 72 basic scales on the octave and constitute a rich variety of melodic motion. The basic form of a song is monophonic in variation.

Divya Music offers certificate courses in addition to the short term hobby classes in dance and music especially conceived for the kids, children and young adults, school and college students and for Television reality music show / competition participants. 

Divya Music offers theory classes and practice classes for the music and dance Diploma / Bachelor courses, following the syllabus prescribed by Prayag Sangeet Samiti, and prepares the performing arts students for the examinations conducted by Prayag Sangit Samiti. These Music and Dance courses (Sangeet Visharad, Sangeet Alankar, Sangeet Prabhakar, Sangeet Praveen, Sangeet Bhaskar, Sangeetacharya) are equivalent to University level Diploma course / Bachelor degree course / Masters degree course / Doctorate in music and dance namely, BA (Bachelor of arts in Music and dance), MA (Master of arts in music and dance), M Phil (Master of Philosophy in music and dance) and Ph D (Doctor of Philosophy in music and dance) are approved and accepted by UGC accredited major universities in India and universities.
